We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We want you to know when we save which data and how we use them. We describe the respective processes to you below. Nevertheless, if you have any questions on this topic, please send us an e-mail to info@ra-schnarrenberger.de
Statistical analysis
With your access to our website, log files of the data transmitted by your browser to us are automatically saved on the server. These files may permit identification (e.g. browser type/version, operating system, IP address, referrer, date, time and pages called up). No use is made of personal data. The statistical analysis of anonymised data records is done solely for the purpose of improving the quality of the services that we offer.
Personnel data
As a basic principle, you can use our online services without disclosing your identity. Only when you want to use a personalised service do we ask you for personal information (e.g. name, e-mail address). It is your own free decision as to whether you enter these data. Your data will be deleted after expiry of the respective retention periods under fiscal and trade law and pursuant to the relevant professional guidelines.
Cookies
As a basic principle, this website does not use any cookies. Only when you use the restricted access area will the server place a cookie on your computer that is active for the duration of your website visit and in which the user ID and password assigned to you are saved so that you can use the functionality in full. If you do not want the cookie to be set, please ensure that cookies are blocked in the data protection settings of your Internet browser (then you cannot use the respective service).
Data security
We save your information on specially protected servers in Germany. The access to these is only possible for a few people with special authorisations and who deal with the technical, commercial or editorial support of the servers. Data transmission on the Internet harbours risks: Information that you send in non-encrypted form as an e-mail or via the contact forms used by this website can be read and modified by third parties en route.
No trade
We do not pass your data onto the third parties; nor do we trade with them.
Statutory provisions
We are subject to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). If you have provided us with personal data, you can ask for information about the data stored about you at any time and free of charge and have these deleted, blocked or corrected.
If you have any questions regarding your data security on our website, or want to have your data deleted, corrected or updated, please send an e-mail to info@ra-schnarrenberger.de
